Delivery
Orders are shipped from the gallery 1-3 working days after ordering by PostNord or Pakke.dk.
Denmark: 1-5 working days. Europe and International: 3-7 working days
Receipt
All items are shipped with PostNord or Pakke.dk and are insured in transit. Upon receipt, please check the goods. Is the package and/or contents damaged when you receive it, please report immediately.
Duties and taxes
All items in our webshop are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means that, all relevant duties and taxes may be imposed by some countries outside Europe. Customers are liable for any applicable custom duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country. In addition, if you wish to make an exchange, you would also be responsible for taxes and duties of the replacement item.
Returns – 14-day right of withdrawal
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us via email gallery@mariekirkegaard.com. You need to send pictures of the item to our mail.
Should you cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to cancel from you received the product. This should be communicated by email to the gallery before returning. Returning your product is at own risk and expense. Do not send items back by cash on delivery. Returns must be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
We accept no liability for out of stock items, typing, prices and image errors!
Warranty
You have 24 months’ right of complaint and must advertise within a reasonable period of time, which is within 2 months of the failure.
Personal data and privacy policy
Cardholder is requested to provide mailing address and telephone number when order is placed.
Marie Kirkegaard Gallery understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not share or disclose customer / user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

It is safe to shop
The currency traded is Danish kr (DKK), and the amount is charged, when the item is shipped.
Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, eDankort and Mobilepay. Other cards like Discover and American Express are paid via Paypal. Payment by credit card is secured and approved by PayPal. PayPal comply with international standards PCI (Payment Card Industry) and CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) for data protection. You can safely use your debit card. PayPal charge a fee of 3,5% of the transaction.
